I moved to Bangalore last week – from Chennai.

My time in Chennai was – super!

I experienced it as an old town, a cultural and intellectual hub that 'simply' found itself to be a modern metro.

People are socially aware, politically opinionated and fiercely passionate about movies (yes, I'm generalising). Their passion electrified by filter coffee.

Food is wholesome. Tasty, nutritious, comforting and without much junk (just high on carbs). I miss it already!

It has a thriving board game scene with possibly the highest number of board game cafes in the country. (edited)

And of course, not everything is perfect. Roads test your patience and weather can be challenging. Two hours of rains can flood the streets.

In my opinion, Tamil Nadu is an Indian state that has been able to negotiate and co-hold cultural preservation, social transformation and economic prosperity. Living there has been eye-opening in so many micro-ways that I can't possibly list here.

I'm looking forward to plenty of conversations, meetups and in-person group work. I'd love to hear your recommendations that can shape my experience in this city.

I wish to bring together a community of professionals who are in the initial stages of building their practice – independent consultants, OD practitioners, facilitators, coaches, creatives, writers etc. Practitioners who are navigating working alone, business development (building clients), meaningful content creation, deep work (not hustle) and self-accountability.

If this speaks to you, let's chat.
